Houston personal injury attorneys
Trial lawyers for people injured on Houston's roads, at its plants, and on someone else's property. We front every cost, and the insurance company deals with us - not you.
Practice areas
I-45, I-10, the 610 Loop - we know how these cases are built and how insurers fight them.
Discuss your caseFederal motor-carrier rules, black-box data, and preserving evidence before the trucking company's team gets there.
Discuss your caseShip Channel plants, offshore platforms, non-subscriber employers. Third-party claims beyond workers' comp.
Discuss your casePremises liability against property owners and retailers who knew about the hazard.
Discuss your caseClaims on behalf of surviving spouses, children and parents under the Texas Wrongful Death Act.
Discuss your caseCases screened by independent physicians before we file, as Texas Chapter 74 requires.
Discuss your caseCall, text, or use the form. A lawyer - not an intake vendor - reviews it the same day.
Police reports, medical records, witnesses, camera footage. We front the costs.
Most claims settle. When the offer is wrong, we are trial lawyers, and adjusters know it.
Your attorneys
Managing Attorney
Board-certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Former insurance-defense litigator - she knows the playbook from the other side.
Trial Attorney
Twenty-two jury trials to verdict in Harris and Fort Bend counties. Licensed in Texas; admitted to the Southern District of Texas.
Unless stated above, attorneys are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
“They answered on a Sunday night and had an investigator at the crash site Monday morning.”
“Adaeze explained every offer and told me when to say no. We ended up at three times the first number.”
“Spanish-speaking staff from the first call. My mother finally understood what was happening with her case.”
Client statements reflect individual experiences. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee - a percentage of what we recover, agreed in writing before we start. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fee. Court costs and case expenses are explained in the same agreement.*
Generally two years from the date of injury under Texas law, with important exceptions - claims against government entities require notice much sooner. Call before that becomes a problem.
Most cases resolve without a trial. If a fair settlement is not offered, we are prepared to try the case, and we prepare every file as if it will go to a jury.
