How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee - a percentage of what we recover, agreed in writing before we start. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fee. Court costs and case expenses are explained in the same agreement.*
How long do I have to file in Texas?
Generally two years from the date of injury under Texas law, with important exceptions - claims against government entities require notice much sooner. Call before that becomes a problem.
Will I have to go to court?
Most cases resolve without a trial. If a fair settlement is not offered, we are prepared to try the case, and we prepare every file as if it will go to a jury.
