The call · Fit call, not a pitch
What actually happens on the call.
No pitch deck. No pressure to decide on the spot. Thirty minutes, on video, to work out together whether adnah is the right studio for your organisation - and if it isn't, we say so on the call and point you elsewhere.
The agenda
Thirty minutes, four parts, in this order.
Every fit call runs the same shape, whether the organisation is a solo practice or a government legal function. What changes is the content, not the structure.
- 01~5 min
Where it actually stands
We walk through the bottleneck you described in your application, in your language. Not a discovery script - we've read your application before the call starts.
- 02~10 min
The track, confirmed
AI-Native Transformation or AI Adoption. Your organisation's structure decides this, not preference - we say which one applies and why, plainly.
- 03~10 min
The shape of the work
What Name, Systematise, Automate would actually look like for your organisation - which primitive we'd start with, what a realistic timeline is inside four to eight weeks, occasionally ten.
- 04~5 min
The number
A fixed fee, quoted on the call itself - not a follow-up email a week later. One number, no line items, the same pricing model the studio runs on.
Who should be on the call
One decision-maker. That's the minimum.
The person who can say yes
The owner, managing partner, general counsel, or head of the legal function - whoever can actually decide, not a delegate sent to gather information and report back. This mirrors the one hard rule on fit: no owner in the room, no decision gets made.
Optionally, whoever runs the work day to day
A second person is welcome if they'll live in the new system after it ships - a COO, practice manager, or the lawyer who actually handles the matters. Not required. Some calls are one person; that's fine.
What you leave with
Even if you don't proceed. Nothing here depends on signing anything first.
- ·A confirmed track - AI-Native Transformation or AI Adoption - and the structural reason why.
- ·A fixed fee, quoted on the call, scaled to your organisation's size and starting condition.
- ·A named first move - the single highest-leverage primitive to start with, whether or not you engage.
- ·An honest pass, on the spot, if it isn't a fit - and where else to look, when we know somewhere better.
What it costs
Nothing. No obligation.
The call itself is free and creates no obligation. You get a fixed number on the call, not an invoice. If you decide not to proceed, that's a legitimate outcome, not a failed sale.
What happens after
If it's a fit, you get the fixed-fee proposal in writing within a couple of business days, and week one - read-only access, no changes to how you work yet - starts once it's signed. If it's not a fit, we say so on the call itself, not after a slow follow-up, and point you elsewhere when we know somewhere better.
How you get on the calendar
Book directly on Cal.com if you're ready. Prefer to be read first? The intake application takes about three minutes, mostly selecting rather than writing. We read every one ourselves and reply within three working days - either a slot for this call, or an honest pass. Not sure where you stand first? The AI Readiness Audit scores your organisation in two minutes, no email required.
A deliberately limited number of calls, each year
