Debt recovery, up to £100,000.

Published in accordance with the SRA Transparency Rules. These fees apply to undisputed business-to-business debts. If a claim is defended, we will give you a revised estimate before any further work.

What is included
Letter before action, issuing proceedings if unpaid, applying for judgment in default, and advising on enforcement.
Not included
Court issue fees (currently 4.5-5% of the claim value), enforcement agent fees, and any defended claim.
Timescales
Letter before action within 2 working days. Judgment in default typically 6-10 weeks after issue if no response is received.
Who does the work
Supervised by Eleanor Marlowe, Partner. Day-to-day handling by an associate solicitor (3 years' PQE) or a trainee.
