What we collect
Start-a-matter form. When you send us a matter through the form on this site, your name, firm, email, practice area, a description of what you need, and your deadline. The submit button opens your own email client with this information pre-filled and addressed to hello@raghavrhanda.com - it leaves your device only when you send that email yourself. We do not silently transmit the form to a server in the background.
Matter files. Once an engagement begins, the documents and data you send us for that matter are handled under our security practices and the confidentiality agreement signed before any file transfers.
Ordinary web logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every request - IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested path - for security and abuse prevention. This is infrastructure-level logging common to virtually every website and is not used for profiling or marketing.
How we use it
- Information you send us is used solely to quote and deliver the matter you described, and to respond to you.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We do not add you to a mailing list from a matter submission. If you want to hear from us, you would need to say so explicitly.
AI processing and third parties
As described in our method and data note, matter documents may be processed by our AI pipeline as part of producing your deliverable. We do not use client files, prompts, or outputs to train any model, ours or a third party's, and we do not use consumer AI products for client material.
Do not enter privileged, confidential, or client-identifying information into any part of this website outside of a matter you have actually engaged us to handle under a signed confidentiality agreement.
Retention and deletion
Matter files are retained for 90 days after delivery, then permanently deleted, as set out in our method and data note. Correspondence relating to enquiries that do not proceed is kept for a limited period for our own records.
Email us at hello@raghavrhanda.com at any time to request deletion of any data we hold from you. We confirm in writing once it is done.
Your rights
Regardless of which jurisdiction's data-protection law applies to you, you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop processing it. Write to hello@raghavrhanda.com.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how existing data is used, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
