What we collect
Intake form. When you apply through the intake form, the organisation name, your name and role, your direct email address, jurisdiction, organisation type and size, practice area, and the selections you make about your bottleneck and prior tooling. The submit button opens your own email client with this information pre-filled and addressed to studio@adnah.co - the data leaves your device only when you send that email yourself. We do not silently transmit intake data to a server in the background.
AI Readiness Audit. Your answers to the audit questions are held in your browser for the duration of the session so your score can be calculated. Nothing is sent to us automatically. If you use the "email it to yourself" option, the same principle applies: your browser opens your own email client and nothing reaches adnah unless you send it to us separately.
The Ask Adnah assistant. Messages you send to the on-site AI assistant are transmitted to our server, which forwards them to an AI model provider to generate a response. See AI processing and third parties below for what that involves.
Ordinary web logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data for every request - IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested path - for security and abuse prevention. This is infrastructure-level logging common to virtually every website and is not used for profiling or marketing.
How we use it
- Application data you send us by email is used solely to assess fit for an engagement, respond to you, and, if we proceed, to scope and deliver the transformation.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We are not an advertising business and have no reason to.
- We do not add you to a mailing list from an application. If you want to hear from the studio, you would need to say so explicitly.
- Anonymised, aggregated patterns from audit usage (for example, which stage most visitors land on) may be used to improve the site and the audit itself. This never includes anything that identifies you.
AI processing and third parties
The Ask Adnah chat widget and the audit's optional AI-generated transformation outline are the only features on this site that send data to a third-party AI model on your behalf. When you use either, the text you enter is transmitted to our AI gateway provider and processed by an underlying language model to generate a response.
Do not enter client-identifying information, privileged material, or anything confidential into the chat assistant or the audit's context field. These features are for general questions about adnah's method and public information about your own organisation's shape - not for discussing an actual client matter.
We do not use your chat messages or audit context to train any model, ours or a third party's. Messages are processed to generate a response and are not retained by adnah beyond what is operationally necessary to serve that response.
Retention and deletion
Application correspondence you send us is kept for as long as reasonably needed to assess your enquiry, and for a limited period afterward for our own records if we do not proceed. If we do engage, matter-related data handling is governed by the terms of that specific engagement and our security and data-handling practices, not this general policy.
Email us at studio@adnah.co at any time to request deletion of any correspondence we hold from you. We will confirm in writing once it is done.
Your rights
Regardless of which jurisdiction's data-protection law applies to you, you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop processing it. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for a first request. Write to studio@adnah.co.
Security
Our approach to access control, confidentiality, and data handling during an actual transformation engagement is described in full on the Security page. This privacy policy covers the website; that page covers client engagements.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how existing data is used, we will post the update here with a new effective date. We do not make retroactive changes that expand what we do with data already collected under an earlier version of this policy.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request relating to your data, go to studio@adnah.co. We read and reply to every one ourselves.
