Terms of Service.

Effective from July 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for an actual transformation engagement - that is a separate, signed agreement.

What these terms cover

By browsing adnahlegal.com, submitting the intake form, taking the AI Readiness Audit, or using the Ask Adnah assistant, you agree to these terms. They cover the website and its tools only. If adnah and your organisation proceed to an actual transformation, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering fees, scope, confidentiality, and deliverables - not by this page. Where the two conflict for a matter within an active engagement, the signed engagement agreement controls.

Using the site

  • You may browse, read, and share content on this site for your own reference. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of it without asking us first - a quick email is all it takes and we say yes more often than not.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • You will not submit the intake form, the audit, or the assistant with false information intended to waste our time or misrepresent an organisation you do not represent.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit to us, and for keeping any correspondence confidential on your own end until an engagement formally begins.

The audit and other tools

The AI Readiness Audit, the transformation-outline generator, the comparison tables, and every scoring mechanism on this site are self-assessment tools provided for general informational purposes. They produce an indicative result based on the answers you give and are not a professional assessment of your organisation, a guarantee of any outcome, or a substitute for the structural audit adnah performs during an actual engagement. Use them as a starting conversation, not a final word.

The AI assistant

Ask Adnah is an AI-powered assistant that answers general questions about adnah's thesis, method, and engagement model. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not legal advice, professional advice of any kind, or a statement adnah is bound by in a specific engagement. Do not rely on it for a decision with real consequences without confirming with the studio directly, and do not enter confidential or privileged information into it. See the Disclaimer for more on this.

Intellectual property

The MATTER Method, the site's written content, the case studies, the guides, the journal, and the adnah name and marks are the property of the studio. You may quote and link to this content with attribution. You may not represent it as your own work, resell it, or use adnah's name or marks to imply an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist. MatterOS and LexOS, referenced on this site as adnah's own software, are likewise adnah's property.

No warranty

This website and its tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure, score, or recommendation it produces will be free of mistakes. Case studies are anonymised and describe real engagements, but details are generalised to protect client confidentiality and should be read as illustrative rather than as a specific promise about your own results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, adnah and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its tools, including any decision made in reliance on the audit, the comparison tables, or the AI assistant. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects the separate terms of an actual signed engagement, which govern liability for that work specifically.

Actual engagements

Submitting the intake form is an application, not a contract. No engagement, obligation, or attorney-client-style relationship of any kind is created by browsing this site, taking the audit, using the assistant, or sending an application. A transformation begins only once both sides have agreed and signed specific terms covering scope, fees, timeline, and confidentiality for that engagement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, given that the studio's founder is admitted and practises there. An actual engagement agreement may specify a different governing law appropriate to the client's jurisdiction, and that agreement's choice of law controls for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and its tools evolve. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
