It helps licensed attorneys and legal departments with document-heavy work: review, chronologies, contract abstraction, drafting support, research support, and related tasks. Adnah Legal does not practise law in any US jurisdiction, does not represent clients in legal proceedings, and does not provide legal opinions or legal advice to the public through this website. Adnah Legal's founder is a lawyer, but that admission relates to his own separate practice, not to anything Adnah Legal delivers as a legal support provider.

Every deliverable we produce is a work product for the engaging attorney's own review, revision, and professional judgment - not a finished legal opinion.
No relationship is formed with your client
Adnah Legal works for the engaging attorney or legal department, under their supervision and direction. No attorney-client relationship, and no relationship of any kind, is formed between Adnah Legal and the engaging attorney's client at any point. Browsing this site or submitting the intake form does not create a relationship between you and Adnah Legal either - that is formed only once both sides have agreed to and signed specific engagement terms, including a confidentiality agreement.
Supervision and scope
Every deliverable is a work product for the engaging attorney's review, revision, and adoption. Professional responsibility for the matter rests with the engaging attorney throughout - the supervision requirement is not a formality, it is how the arrangement is designed to work. We run a conflicts check before accepting any engagement and execute a confidentiality agreement before receiving a single file. Sample output
Any sample deliverable we share is produced from a genuinely public document set, never from a real client file, redacted or otherwise. A sample illustrates our format and standard of work; it is not a guarantee that a specific matter will produce an identical result, which depends on the facts, documents, and scope of that matter.
No guaranteed outcome
Prices, turnaround times, and cost comparisons described across this site describe our typical experience and published rate card, not a guarantee for any specific matter. Where a matter's actual scope differs materially from what was described to us, we say so and re-quote before doing the additional work, rather than delivering silently against a mismatched price.
