The Proof · Numbers, not adjectives

The proof, kept honestly.

Every claim this studio makes should be checkable - that is our own evidence rule, applied to ourselves. This page gathers all of it in one place: the founder's record, the studio's, and the 45 measured outcomes across every published case study.

Client names stay private, here and everywhere on this site. The numbers do not.

Each number links back to the full account of how it was reached - challenge, phases, and what did not work along the way. If a transformation's numbers did not move, it would not be finished, and it would not be here.

In their words

"By the fourth week we had stopped talking about AI and started running the practice. That was the point I understood what they'd actually built."
Fixed-fee immigration boutique · Singapore · Solo + 2
"Adnah refused half the things I asked for. That was the sign they were serious. Everyone else had said yes to everything."
Two-partner IP litigation shop · India · 2 partners + 4
"The first thing they told us was that we would not become an AI-native department, and why. Every other proposal we had received promised exactly that. Being told the honest version in week one is the reason this one finished."
In-house legal department, technology company · Singapore · 9-lawyer department
"We measure this in people helped, not hours billed. That number went up by a third without anyone new being hired."
Legal aid organisation · India · 14 caseworkers, 4 lawyers

How we count

Four metrics, fixed before every build.

Turnaround, supervision load, realised time, leakage. Every engagement fixes its measures in the first phase, before anything is built, so the numbers above are answers to questions asked in advance - not statistics selected afterwards. If the numbers do not move, the build is not finished.
