Pricing

One number, quoted up front. No line items.

We hold ourselves to the pricing model we run: fixed fee, named deliverables, honest scope, no lock-in. If we can't quote a single number after the intake call, we haven't understood your practice well enough yet.

Transformation4–8 weeks, occasionally 10

The full pass. Name, systematise, automate - the operating model delivered end to end, working artefacts inside the organisation from week two. AI-Native or AI Adoption, decided up front.

  • ·Structural audit of current tools, process, and best practices
  • ·Written map of your six primitives
  • ·Matter template, action library, role chart
  • ·MatterOS, LexOS, custom-built, or market software - whichever fits
  • ·Handover so the organisation runs it, not us
RetainerPost-transformation, monthly

Optional. A light monthly relationship that extends the model as the practice grows - new actions, new agents, quarterly review, no lock-in.

  • ·New actions added as needed
  • ·Agent tuning against real matters
  • ·Quarterly primitive review
  • ·One month notice, either side, always

Cost, answered plainly

  • Why won't you publish a number?

Because sequence and scope vary by starting condition - a solo immigration practice and a three-hundred-lawyer firm running AI Adoption need very different depth of work. We quote a single fixed number per organisation, after the intake call, and we hold to it.

  • Is it really fixed, or fixed-with-exceptions?

Fixed. One number, agreed before work starts, no change orders for scope we should have anticipated. If the organisation's needs genuinely change mid-transformation, we say so and re-quote in writing - we don't drip in extra line items.

  • What determines the number?

Organisation size, number of matter types in regular use, which track applies - AI-Native Transformation or AI Adoption - and starting condition - how much is already named versus entirely undocumented.

  • Do you ever discount based on organisation size?

The fee scales with scope, not a separate discount tier. A simpler practice, with less to name and systematise, naturally lands on a lower number; a larger AI Adoption engagement naturally lands on a higher one.

  • What happens if we want to stop after the audit but before the transformation?

That's a normal, fine outcome. The AI Readiness Audit is free and has no obligation attached. Some organisations use it, decide to do the naming work themselves, and never apply - that's a legitimate use of the tool.
