Confidentiality is the first primitive we protect.
A studio asking for access to your matters should be able to answer, precisely, what it can see, what it can touch, and where your client data goes. Here is that answer, without the vague reassurance.

Read-only, by default
We take read access to your case management system, document store, calendar and billing from week one. We do not require write access to observe, name, or map your practice. Where an agent needs to act on a matter, that access is scoped narrowly to the specific action it performs, not blanket account access.

No client data trains third-party models
Matter content, documents, and communications are not used to train any third-party foundation model. Where an AI provider's terms would otherwise permit training on submitted content, we configure or select the deployment mode that disables it, and we tell you which one before it matters.

You keep what we build
The primitives, templates, playbooks, and agents we build run on tools you already have or tools you own the account for. There is no proprietary adnah platform holding your matters hostage. If the relationship ends, the practice keeps running exactly as it did the day before.

Confidentiality is contractual, not just cultural
Every transformation begins with a mutual confidentiality agreement before any read access is granted, covering the studio, its founder, and anyone else who touches the engagement. Named individuals only - no unnamed subcontractors see client matters.

Jurisdiction-aware by construction
The founder practises across India, the UAE, and Singapore, and transformations are built with each jurisdiction's professional confidentiality and data-handling expectations in mind - not a single generic template applied everywhere regardless of local rule.

Evidence anchoring is a security control, not just a quality one
The same rule that prevents AI hallucination - no assertion ships without a source anchor - also means nothing enters a client-facing draft without a human reviewer having seen exactly what it's based on. That is a control against unreviewed output reaching a client, which is itself a confidentiality and quality risk.

Deletion on request
Any working copies of client materials held by the studio for the duration of a transformation are deleted on request once the engagement ends, and we confirm deletion in writing.
