How the work runs

Criteria mapping
We map the applicable criteria for the category first and build the evidence matrix against it, so gaps surface at the start rather than in a request for evidence months later.

Form population
Forms are populated from the intake data on the current edition, with every field completed or marked not applicable rather than left blank, which is a routine rejection cause.

Brief drafting
The supporting brief is drafted to your precedent, arguing the criteria against the specific evidence and citing each exhibit where the support sits.

Assembly and checklist
Exhibits are tabbed and indexed, and the package is delivered with a filing checklist and the gap list for your review and signature.

Questions about petition preparation
Do you advise the client on strategy or eligibility?
No. We prepare the package the engaging attorney has decided to file, under their supervision. Eligibility, strategy and all communication with the client remain with the firm.
Do you sign or file anything?
Never. Nothing is signed or filed by us. The package is delivered to you for review, signature and filing under your name.
Can you flag weak evidence before we file?
Yes, and the gap list is part of the deliverable: where the criteria call for support the file does not yet contain, you see it before filing rather than in an RFE.
