How the work runs

Citation extraction
Every citation in the document is extracted into a table, including string cites and citations buried in footnotes, so nothing is checked by eye or missed because it sat in a parenthetical.

Source verification
Each authority is pulled and read at the cited page. We confirm the quotation matches, the pin cite points where it should, and the proposition in the brief is actually supported by the text at that page.

Status and history
We check subsequent history and treatment. An authority that has been reversed, superseded, or drawn negative treatment is flagged at the top of the report, not buried in a table for someone to notice.

Formatting and delivery
Formatting is conformed to the required style and returned as a clean copy plus a redline, so you can see every change rather than trusting that nothing else moved.

Do you check whether the argument is right?
We check whether each authority says what the brief says it says at the page cited, and we flag where it does not. Whether the argument works is your judgment, and we do not touch it.
Can you check citations produced by an AI tool?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons firms send us a brief. Every authority is pulled and read at the source, so a citation that does not exist or does not say what was claimed is caught before filing rather than by a judge.
Which Bluebook edition do you use?
The current edition by default, or whatever your court's local rules specify. Tell us the jurisdiction and we conform to it, including local citation formats that depart from the Bluebook.
