What you receive
A complete settlement brochure: records, bills, exhibits and narrative, bound and ready to send.
Priced per package by record volume. Sets above 1,500 pages, or with more than eight providers, are quoted at the upper end of the range.

How the work runs

Records intake and ordering
Records arrive out of order, duplicated and mixed across providers. We de-duplicate, order chronologically by date of service, and index by provider before any drafting starts.

Chronology and bills
We build the treatment timeline with a page citation for every entry, then reconcile the bills against it so the damages figure and the records tell the same story.

Narrative drafting
The narrative is drafted in your template, with liability, treatment course, and damages sections written from the chronology rather than from an impression of it.

Assembly and indexing
Everything is assembled into one bookmarked, paginated package with an exhibit index, and delivered with the component files so you can revise any part without rebuilding the whole.
What we need from you
- The medical records and bills, in whatever state they arrived
- The police or incident report and any liability evidence
- Your demand figure or the basis for computing it, and the recipient
- Your firm's demand template, if you have one
What we check before delivery
- Every chronology entry carries a page citation into the record set
- Bill totals are re-added and reconciled against both the records and any lien correspondence
- Gaps and inconsistencies are flagged to you rather than smoothed over in the narrative
- The assembled package is checked page by page against the index before delivery

Questions about demand package assembly
How is this different from a US demand vendor?
Same artefact, roughly a third of the price, with a qualified lawyer reviewing before delivery and a published turnaround. The comparison on our rate card is the range US vendors quote for the same package.
Do you set the demand number?
No. You give us the figure or the method for computing it and we assemble the support. Valuing the claim is your judgment.
What if the records are a mess?
They usually are. Sorting, de-duplicating and indexing an unordered record set is included in the price, not billed as an extra.
