The entire production is read, including supplements and attachments, because supplemental reports are where inconsistent accounts most often surface.

Statements are tabulated by witness and compared against each other and against the reports, so conflicts across documents become visible rather than staying scattered.

We sweep specifically for the recognised categories — inconsistent statements, favourable treatment, credibility material, forensic limitations, chain-of-custody problems — rather than reading generally and hoping to notice.

Flag with basis
Each item is flagged with its citation and a stated basis, and the gap list records what the production references but does not include.
