Witness-centred record pass
We pull every document the witness authored, received or is named in, and build a witness-specific sub-file. Outlines built from the whole matter rather than the witness's own footprint waste half the deposition.

Prior statement reconciliation
Every prior statement is collected and compared. Where the witness has said two different things, both are quoted with their citations so the conflict is usable on the day.

Topic structure
The outline is organised by topic in the order that builds, with the exhibits that support each topic attached to it rather than listed separately.

Review and delivery
A qualified lawyer reviews the outline against the record before delivery, and it arrives as an editable document you can restructure to your own style.

Do you write the questions?
We draft lines of questioning as a first draft for your review. How the deposition is actually conducted is entirely yours, and most attorneys restructure the outline to their own style — which is the point of delivering it editable.
Can you prepare our own witness?
We prepare the materials: what the record says, where the exposure is, and what they will be asked. The preparation session with the witness is yours, for obvious reasons.
What if there is a prior transcript?
It is one of the most valuable inputs. Prior testimony is collected and compared line by line against the current record, and conflicts are quoted with citations.
