We read the technical documentation and, where available, the audit reports, so the drafting describes what was built rather than what the deck says was built.

Divergence check
Where the implementation and the intended description differ — admin keys that contradict a decentralisation claim, for example — we flag it before drafting around it.

Terms, descriptions and risk disclosures are drafted to the actual structure, with the specific risks of this implementation stated rather than a generic risk annex appended.

Do you advise on securities characterisation?
No. Characterisation is legal advice and belongs to the engaging attorney. We draft documentation consistent with the position you instruct, and flag where the implementation appears inconsistent with it.
Can you read smart contract code?
We work from technical documentation and audit reports. Where a question turns on code behaviour we say so and recommend it be confirmed by an auditor rather than assumed from documentation.
