How the work runs

Manual and calibration
The coding manual is agreed in writing and calibrated against a sample you review, before the main population is touched. Every large review that goes wrong went wrong at this step.

Structured first pass
Documents are grouped by near-duplicate and family, classified by the pipeline, and reviewed against the manual. Nothing is auto-coded: the pipeline proposes, a reviewer disposes.

Escalation lanes
Privilege candidates and low-confidence calls route to a qualified lawyer rather than staying in the general queue, so the hard documents get the most attention instead of the least.

QC and rolling delivery
QC samples are scored as the review runs, not at the end, and output is delivered on a rolling basis against your production schedule with throughput reported daily.

How do you keep quality up at volume?
Calibration before the main pass, escalation lanes so hard documents go to lawyers, and scored QC sampling throughout with the agreement rate published. If the rate falls below the agreed standard, the affected population is re-reviewed at our cost.
Can you hit a rolling production schedule?
Yes. Output is delivered in tranches against your schedule with daily throughput reporting, so slippage is visible while there is still time to respond to it.
Is the AI making the coding decisions?
No. The pipeline proposes classifications and groups near-duplicates; a human applies the manual, and a qualified lawyer reviews every privilege and low-confidence call before it is recorded.
