Source inventory
We inventory what documents exist to support each element of the claimed loss, and identify where the record is thin before building anything on it.

Model construction
Inputs, assumptions and calculations are kept separate so that any assumption can be changed without rebuilding the model — which is what makes it useful in a negotiation.

Scenario layer
Low, expected and high scenarios are built on the same inputs with the assumption differences isolated, so the range is defensible rather than decorative.

Review and documentation
Calculations are independently re-performed, then a summary memo is written in plain language for the brief or the mediation statement.

Questions about damages models
Is this expert testimony?
No. It is a computed model prepared as a work product for the engaging attorney, not an expert report and not testimony. Where the matter needs a testifying expert, this is often what gets handed to them.
Can you review the other side's model?
Yes, and it is a common instruction. We re-perform the calculations, test the assumptions against the record, and list the errors and unsupported inputs we find.
What format do we receive?
A live spreadsheet you can interrogate and adjust, plus a plain-language summary memo. The model is yours, not locked in any tool of ours.
