Single sessionAI Literacy Workshop: training built on your team's own work
One live session, prepared against the work your team actually does. Most AI problems inside a company are reasonable people guessing in the absence of a rule, and generic training does not fix that. This does, and it leaves the attendance and comprehension record that customers ask for.
- Published range
- $800–1,800 / session
- Timing after intake
- Prep, then one live session
- Quoted in India
- ₹40,000–90,000 / session
Fixed scope, not hourly. Quoted before we start, with the exclusions written down. The India figure is a separate price for a separate market, not a conversion.
How this is actually delivered
Prepared and delivered once, with a record of who attended and what they were told. It makes people competent; it does not by itself create a governance process.
The scope is fixed before the work starts, which is why the price is a published range rather than an hourly estimate. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly or billed by surprise.
- Why companies buy this
- Most AI incidents inside a company are ordinary people making a reasonable guess in the absence of a rule. Training built on someone else's examples does not change that; training built on the work your team does that week usually does.
- What we actually do
- We prepare against your actual stack and your actual material - client code, customer support, hiring, proposals, confidential documents - and run one live session for a defined audience. It covers what can go into which tool, what has to be reviewed before it reaches anyone outside, how to request a new tool, and how to report something that went wrong. A short written guide follows, and attendance and a comprehension check are recorded.
- Where it stops, and who takes over
- Nothing in a workshop is legal advice. Where a question in the room turns on an obligation, it is logged and routed rather than answered from the front of the room.
- What you can show afterwards
- An attendance and acknowledgement record, the materials as delivered, and the comprehension check - which is what a customer or an auditor asks for when they ask whether staff were trained.
What you receive
One live session built on your team's own scenarios, a short written guide, and an attendance and comprehension record you can produce later.
One audience and one live session, plus preparation. Multiple audiences, recurring sessions or recorded modules are quoted separately. Attendance is not proof of competence and we do not present it as such.
- One live session for a defined audience, built on your own tools and scenarios
- A short written guide people will actually consult afterwards
- Worked examples by role: client code, customer support, hiring, proposals, confidential documents
- The request route for a new tool, and the reporting route when something goes wrong
- An attendance record and a comprehension check
- A written list of the questions raised that need a decision or legal input
What it costs, and what it replaces
Both figures are published ranges for the same unit of work. Ours is fixed before we start; if our process gets faster, that is our gain and your price does not move.
How engagements are structured →Published range for this engagement, against the span of the whole card. In India the same scope is quoted at ₹40,000–90,000 — a separate price for a separate market, not a conversion. Where in the range a quote lands is set by scope, entities and how much usable evidence already exists.
Midpoint $1,300 per session
How the work runs
01
Preparation
We build the session against your stack, your material types and your existing rules. Training that cites tools nobody uses teaches people the session is not about them.
02
The session
What can go into which tool and in what configuration, what must be reviewed before an output leaves the company, how to request something new, and how to report a problem without it becoming a disciplinary event.
03
Record
Attendance and a short comprehension check are recorded, and the written guide is circulated. This is the part that exists when a customer asks whether staff were trained.
04
Escalation list
Questions raised in the room that turn on an obligation or need a company decision are logged and handed to the sponsor rather than answered off the cuff.
What we need from you
- The audience and their roles, so the examples are theirs rather than generic
- Your current tool list and any rules already in force
- Two or three real situations your team has run into, redacted as needed
- A room or a call, and an hour of people's genuine attention
What we check before delivery
- Examples are checked against your actual approved tools before delivery, so the session never teaches a rule you do not operate
- Nothing presented is legal advice, and questions that need counsel are logged rather than answered
- The comprehension check is kept short enough that people complete it honestly
When firms send us this
- Adoption ran ahead of any rule and you want to catch up without banning the tools
- A policy exists but nobody can describe it
- A customer or insurer asked for evidence that staff are trained
- A new team or an acquisition needs bringing onto the same footing
Questions about ai literacy workshop
Can you run this before we have a policy?
You can, and sometimes it is the right order - a session often surfaces what the rules need to cover. But training people against rules that do not exist yet has a short shelf life, so most companies pair it with a sprint.
Is it remote or in person?
Either. Remote is the norm for distributed teams and works well; in-person is quoted with travel separately where it is genuinely better for the audience.
Firms who send us this usually also send
This engagement
Scope it in fifteen minutes.
AI Literacy Workshop at $800–1,800 per session, delivered in prep, then one live session after a complete intake. Scoping costs nothing, and we will say if a smaller engagement would serve you better.
