How the work runs

Encode the standard
The qualification standard is written into an explicit structure - what evidence, from what source, within what window - and confirmed with you before the population runs.

Ingest records at population scale
Record sets are OCR'd, ordered and inventoried per claimant, so a determination is never made on a set that is quietly incomplete.

Determine with support bound
Each claimant is assessed against the standard with the supporting record and page cited to the determination. Anything short of the standard goes to the deficiency list naming what is missing.

Lawyer review and consistency check
A qualified lawyer reviews the indeterminates and samples the determinations, then the consistency report is run across the whole population to catch drift before delivery.

Questions about medical record qualification review
Why does the consistency report matter?
Because inconsistent qualification is what gets an inventory challenged. Two claimants with materially identical records reaching different outcomes is a defect whether it happened by hand or by pipeline, and the report is how we catch it before you ship the census.
What happens to claimants with missing records?
They go on the deficiency list with the specific missing item named, so the chase is targeted rather than a blanket re-request to every provider.
Do you make the final call on qualification?
No. We apply your standard and document the support. The decision about the claimant is yours.
