We check the jurisdiction's mandatory content and any required local form first, so the draft is not a well-written document that the court will not accept.

Schedule construction
The regular schedule is built out against an actual calendar, including how school terms and holidays interact, which is where most templates quietly produce impossible weeks.

Contingency drafting
We draft the provisions that prevent next year's motion: lateness, illness, make-up time, travel notice, relocation, and how a disagreement is resolved before it reaches court.

Review and delivery
A qualified lawyer reviews the draft for internal consistency and it arrives editable, in your firm's format, as a first draft for your review and the client's instructions.
