How the work runs

Register build
We build the register from whatever exists today — a folder, an inbox, a partially maintained spreadsheet — and reconcile it so the starting position is known rather than assumed.

Deadline computation
Each deadline is computed from the service date and method under the applicable rule, with weekends and court holidays applied. Objection and production dates are tracked as separate obligations.

Ongoing maintenance
New subpoenas are entered as they arrive, extensions are logged against the correspondence that granted them, and productions are marked against the specific requests they satisfy.

Reporting
You get a weekly report of what falls due in the next fourteen days, plus an immediate flag on anything inside seventy-two hours that has no recorded response.
